Lichess import game
Paste a PGN score and walk the moves. Arrow keys go forward and back. The move list jumps to any ply.
Where to copy a PGN
On a finished Lichess game, open the share or download menu and copy the PGN. The text starts with tags such as [White] and [Black], then the moves. A short score without tags also works if it is normal algebraic notation, for example 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3.
PGN is the portable game notation used by Lichess, Chess.com, and most databases. A FEN is one position. A PGN is the whole game. If you only have a diagram, use the analysis board instead of this viewer.
Games that start from a custom FEN inside the PGN are replayed from that FEN, not from the opening array. If the text fails to load, the usual cause is a truncated move or a result token glued to the last move without a space.
What you can do with the replay
Flip the board to watch from Black's side. This viewer does not evaluate the moves. When you want a score for one position, copy its FEN from an editor or set the position on the analysis board.
Nothing is uploaded. The PGN stays in the page until you reload. Kingside does not attach the game to a Lichess account, because there is no Lichess login here.
Questions
Can I import a Chess.com PGN too?
Yes, if it is standard PGN. Site-specific comments and clock tags are ignored when the moves themselves are legal.
Why does load say the PGN has no moves?
The tags were read, but no half-moves followed. Paste the move list, not only the header.
