Lichess cheaters and fair play
Engine help against a person on Lichess is against their rules. Reports are handled on lichess.org, not here.
What counts as cheating there
Lichess forbids outside assistance in games against other people. That includes reading moves from an engine, from a second board, or from another person who is watching an engine. The site can close the account and wipe the rating. A public report thread is not required for that to happen.
Opening a book or a database during a casual game can also break their rules, depending on the game mode they assigned. Read the terms on lichess.org before you play a rated game. This page does not restate a private policy as if it were ours.
Kingside cannot file a Lichess report, see your games, or tell you whether an opponent was sanctioned. If a game felt wrong, use the report control on that game at lichess.org while you are signed in there.
Practice is not a rated game
The local bots and the analysis board on this site are for practice. They are not connected to a Lichess game. Turning them on while you play a person elsewhere is still assistance, and it is still against that site's rules.
This site will not explain how to hide engine use, how to relay moves, or how to avoid a ban. If you want a stronger practice partner, raise the bot level or deepen the local search. If you want a fair rated game, play it without a second board.
What a closed account usually means
A Lichess account marked for engine use loses its standing on that site. It does not automatically close a Chess.com account, and it does not change anything stored in this browser. People search "lichess cheat" both to accuse an opponent and to look for tools. The second search does not get a method here.
If your own account was closed and you think the mark is wrong, the appeal path is the contact route Lichess publishes. Kingside has no queue and no moderator tools for their users.
Questions
Can I report a Lichess cheater from this site?
No. Open the game on lichess.org and use their report control while signed in.
Is playing a bot here considered cheating?
No. A local practice game is not a rated game against a person. Using that bot, or any engine, during a game against a person on Lichess or Chess.com breaks that site's rules.
